Meelo is a gentle, cat-loving Pyranees/Border Collie mix (mistaken for a white lab) who is happy chilling or going on a hike-as long as he's with his human.
He is a soulful, 4-year-old Leo with deeply expressive eyes. Like a true Leo, he is loyal and warm.
Meelo can be described as empathetic, and he wants to befriend everyone! He takes his time around smaller animals, as he understands his size can be intimidating. Meelo will calmly watch a neighbor go about their day with mild curiosity. He loves to lounge, but looks forward to his walks.
He is non-reactive and patient with other dogs and cats. No separation anxiety, but will miss you when you're gone. He is fully crate/house trained.
Meelo would thrive in a home with other animals and/or people who can interact with him often. Big goof ball-the concept of fetch evades him! He's halfway there.
Will provide his vet records and food to help make a smooth transition into his forever home! We will have him groomed and ready to go.
