This rabbit is not currently eligible for bonding or adoption events. This rabbit is currently only available through our foster-to-adopt program.

Barbara is part lion head, part white poof of joy. Technically, Barbara Christine is a boy, but this was not learned until after settling into her name and very own style! Also referred to as Barbara the Boy Bunny. Barbara is a fan of all the hay and veggies and the occassional bunny-safe treat. Barbara has as a gentle temperament and enjoys lounging in the bunny palace all day. Is litter box trained, but if routine is disrupted, may have an accident.

For those that want to bond a new rabbit with an existing rabbit, we conduct bonding events where the home rabbit can meet several rabbits to find a potential match. We work with the adopting family to help ensure that the rabbits bond. We take back the adoptive rabbit if there is not a match.

Our adoption agreement specifies that we will take any adopted rabbit back, should the home situation change in the future.

You can see our rabbits online, then make an appointment to meet the rabbit(s) you select.

From time-to-time, we conduct adoption events where you can meet multiple rabbits. Because of RHDV2, these events have been paused.

We are a rescue and educational group dedicated to the health, care and enjoyment of house rabbits. We believe that pet rabbits are family members and should be housed indoors, should be fed a healthy diet, should be spayed or neutered, and should receive quality medical care. Our organization strives to provide bunny parents with information to help them care for their rabbit.
