My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

If you are looking for a lap cat look no further! Meet Crescendo, a nine year old tuxedo queen who loves to snuggle.

This confident girl will make herself at home quickly, loves new people, and is convicned that everyone wants her to be on their lap. She uses her litter box like a champ and has had zero issues at her foster home. When Crescendo is not sitting on your lap she can be found playing with her laser toy, sitting on window sills, or sleeping in a cozy spot. This healthy girl is a LARGE cat (16 pounds!) but is on a weight loss journey and is doing great and down a whole pound! She had a dental recently and is all set to settle into a new home.

Crescendo is an excellent companion and would love to be around people (even kids!) her only non-negotiable is that she needs to be the only pet in the house.

All of our cats come spayed or neutered, microchipped, and with age-appropriate vaccinations. Senior cats have an adoption fee of $100. If you would like to apply to be a forever home for this cat, please fill out a statement of interest at www.alternativehumanesociety.com. Unless otherwise indicated, all our cats and kittens are best suited for indoor-only life.
