What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
We acquired him as a puppy from a very established breeder as a birthday gift, and he has been raised in a loving home. He is currently 2 years old.
He is a toy poodle with a beautiful chocolate multi-colored coat and two different colored eyes, one blue and one brown, which makes him very unique. He is extremely sweet, affectionate, and people-oriented.
He has also been a wonderful emotional support animal (ESA). He is very intuitive, comforting, and enjoys being close to his person.
He is very active and loves daily walks, outdoor time, and play, but he also loves to eat and is food-motivated, which makes him responsive to training and routines. He is potty trained and knows basic command words.
We are looking for a responsible, permanent home that understands the needs of a small, active dog and can provide regular exercise, affection, and a stable environment. Ideally, we would love a family who would be open to sharing occasional photo updates, as this decision was not easy.
