Teddy is a 9 year old beagle/hound mix who needs a loving home with some land and someone with experience with his breed this won’t dump him outside. I was not aware when we adopted him he was previously a deer hunting dog raised in a kennel, the shelter we adopted him from left that out and they knew because he was an owner surrender due to neglect. This has made house breaking him difficult because he just doesn’t know to let you know he needs to go outside. He loves to track!
He’s a very loving sweet boy that needs a home to live out his golden years! He MUST stay on heart worm preventative, he has previously had heart worms 2x and cannot be treated again.
My other senior dog is having medical issues and the expenses are too much with her medications and vet visits plus his heart worm prevention and I don’t have the ability to provide the same care as I did when we brought him into our home. I don’t want to send him to a shelter and will keep him until the right home is found!
