~ I want to live with adults and teens who are gentle and respectful of pets. ~ I want to be the only pet in the home. ~ I am a quiet and reserved kitty. I would prefer a peaceful home.
Meet Cinnamon, a beautiful 3-year-old calico, Domestic Shorthair who weighs 7.7 lbs. and has a heart as warm as her name. This spayed female came to us because she didn’t get along well with the other pets in her previous home, and she’s now looking for a peaceful place where she can finally relax and feel safe. Cinnamon would thrive as the only pet—not because she’s demanding, but because she’s easily stressed by other animals and seeks a home where she can move around without feeling on edge. She hasn’t lived with children before, but she may do well with gentle, respectful teens who understand how to give a shy cat space. While she may start off a bit withdrawn, Cinnamon blossoms into a sweet, cuddly companion once she feels comfortable. One of her favorite things is curling up on your chest for quiet snuggle time. She tolerates being picked up, though she prefers not to be held for long stretches. Cinnamon is easy going, enjoys being brushed, and has a medium energy and medium vocal level—just enough personality without overwhelming the home. Cinnamon is indoor-only and would be happiest in a quiet home with low foot traffic, perhaps with one or two adults who appreciate a calm, cozy lifestyle. If you’re looking for a gentle, affectionate companion who will reward your patience, Cinnamon might be your perfect match.
