Here's what the humans have to say about me:

She`s been with us just a few weeks- and in that short time, she`s proven she`s cuddly, gentle, playful, and genuinely joyful. Great in the car, great at the vet, great with people and dogs.
Laura is a shepherd mix(DOB 11.26.23), 45 lbs, pulled from ACS, and very ready to be someone`s favorite hello at the end of the day.

More about this shelter

The Bulverde Area Humane Society is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Founded in 1983 by Dolores Caldwell, BAHS is a no-kill shelter caring for up to 400 dogs and cats annually. The shelter resides on 3.25 acres of park-like land and houses indoor/outdoor kennels, a cattery, nursery/medical recovery building, agility fields, and fenced-in play yards.

BAHS is powered by volunteers and overseen by a Board of Directors. Our volunteers ensure the dogs and cats get plenty of exercise, playtime, and unlimited cuddles, love, and affection.
