Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Scar is a handsome brown tabby short-haired boy with a heart as soft as his stripes are striking. This laid-back gentleman loves nothing more than finding the coziest spot in the house to lounge and watch the world go by—preferably after a good session of exploring every nook and cranny. He’s curious, calm, and always content to be wherever his people are.
Scar’s playful side shines through when the catnip comes out or when a wand toy starts swishing—he simply can’t resist! Despite his adventurous spirit, he’s incredibly easygoing and well-mannered.
He gets along wonderfully with other cats, is tolerant of dog friends, and does great with children, making him an excellent fit for a variety of homes. Whether you’re looking for a companion for your current pets or a sweet, gentle friend to brighten your days, Scar could be the perfect match.
Scar is fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative, and up to date on vaccinations for his age.

Twin Cities Pet Rescue (TCPR) is a small, 501c3 nonprofit, companion animal rescue organization. TCPR does not have a facility and is 100% foster-based. TCPR rescues dogs, cats and small animals of all breeds; rescuing them from city impounds, puppy mills, and other situations of abuse and neglect. Once rescued, all animals receive veterinary care ranging from spay/neuter, vaccines, microchips, and basic testing to specialty eye surgeries, pet dermatology care, and various other specialty treatments. Once an animal is rescued by TCPR, it remains in a foster home until adopted, no matter how long that might take.
TCPR often rescues animals that are considered “less adoptable” by other rescue organizations, as they are often the ones overlooked and truly left behind; and in need of the most help. These animals might be overlooked due to their age, health status, special needs or breed. TCPR works to help as many animals in need find their furever families as we can, especially helping those animals that need help most.
