Kira is a sweet, playful spirit and a whole lot of personality. After coming to us and bravely raising her kittens, she’s truly blossomed into a friendly, people-loving cat who enjoys interaction and playtime. One of her cutest habits is standing up on her hind legs and gently tapping your hand when she wants attention—it’s impossible not to smile! She loves batting around toys (especially her fish kicker), chasing through cat tunnels, and curling up near your feet for a cozy nap. Kira would make a wonderful companion for someone who enjoys an engaged, interactive cat.
Kira is affectionate and social with adults, but her experience with children is currently unknown. She is not a fan of other cats, and she was frightened by the dog in her foster home. A calm, pet-free environment would be the best fit for her, or possibly one with a very cat-savvy, respectful dog.
She may need a little patience as she settles into a new environment, but with time and understanding, she’ll be a loving and devoted companion. If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate cat who wants to be your one-and-only, Kira may be the perfect match!
