MEDICAL NOTES: 12-10-2 kittens, ~2 months old, diffuse crusting lesions- black light positive on some of the lesions but not all. Classic ringworm in cats. Dull, dry, crusty hair coat. Hair loss on feet, nose and ears. Rec. P`s get to rescue to be started on an antifungal. If able, since ringworm is so diffuse can apply 1 dip of sulfur lime dip until they get to rescue.
12-30- Dipped in sulfur lime per DVM orders, gave FVRCP, multi and dewormer

Behavior Notes- easy to touch and pet, affectionate

RESCUE ONLY- Ringworm; needs to be transferred to an approved rescue partner.

Arlington Animal Services adoption program is open to anyone wishing to adopt an animal. The adoption process is simple. You may visit the shelter or view our animals at www.arlingtontx.gov/animals. All pets are given initial vaccinations, appropriate testing (Heartworm or Cat Combo)and will be altered before releasing to their new home. Arlington residents are required to purchase a City license.
