My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, my name is Shayla

I’m a 14-year-old lady with soft fur, pretty eyes, and a heart full of love that I’m ready to share again. I’m a ragdoll mix, which means I was made for affection, quiet companionship, and being close to my people.

I recently found myself looking for a new home through no fault of my own. My person became ill and could no longer care for me, but I was very loved—and I still have so much love left to give.

I truly thrive on human attention. I enjoy gentle pets, calm conversations, and being near the people I care about. I have a sweet little meow that I use to remind you I’m there, and I’ll happily soak up all the affection you’re willing to offer.

I may be a senior, but my heart is warm and steady, and I’m ready to be a devoted companion to my next family. If you’re looking for a calm, loving presence and a cat who will cherish every moment with you, I would love nothing more than to spend my golden years by your side.

With love,
Shayla
