Hi, I’m Smokey—yes, that Smokey. Big head, big paws, big personality. I’m a handsome Rottweiler gentleman. I’m actually a professional cuddler and full-time good boy. I take my job as “loyal best friend” very seriously. I enjoy long walks, short naps (that turn into long naps), and supervising everything you do. I’m great at making people laugh with my goofy side and melting hearts with my puppy-dog eyes. Treats? Love them. Belly rubs? Required. Personal space? Never heard of her. If you’re looking for a dog who will steal your couch and follow you like a shadow, I’m your guy. Adopt Smokey—because life is better with a little extra drool and a lot more love.
If this dog has been successful in our play groups it is not a guarantee that a dog will be social with other dogs in their home or in public settings. Dogs are individuals and have personality conflicts, just like us. Play groups do not guarantee that territorial or resource guarding issues will not surface in the home. While play groups do help us get to know the dog`s better, once they are adopted their new environments and new relationships will influence their behavior in ways we cannot predict.
The Adoption Fee Includes: - initial canine distemper combination vaccination - first worming or stool check - rabies vaccination (for animals over 3 months of age) - 24 Petwatch microchipping - flea treatment/preventative - spaying or neutering -heartworm testing
Adoption fee: $135.00 Per state law, ALL ADOPTERS must purchase a non-refundable 2025 dog license at time of adoption for any canine three months and older. The cost of the license is $9.20. (Senior Citizen or Person with Disability-$7.20)

All interested adopters need to complete a pre-adoption form prior to being scheduled to meet the animals.

We will review your application and confirm home ownership/rental and the approval to own a pet.

Meet the Pet
We will schedule you a time to come in and meet with the animals. You will have a staff member assigned to your meeting for 1 on 1 attention
