As the New Year begins, Mylo is hoping for something simple and beautiful: a calm home, a patient heart, and a person she can trust. 💛
Mylo is a soft-spoken, observant girl who truly shines in peaceful spaces. She loves cozy hideaways, quietly watching the world go by, and once she chooses her person, she’ll follow them from room to room like a little shadow. She may be shy at first, but when she feels safe, Mylo’s gentle affection and quiet companionship are incredibly rewarding.
She has a sweet, subtle voice, enjoys her scratcher, and loves a low-key treat-hunting game to keep her mind engaged. Mylo isn’t looking for chaos or constant action — she’s looking for connection, built slowly and lovingly.
Because stress is hard on her, Mylo does best in a quiet, low-stress home with a patient adopter who understands that trust takes time (and is absolutely worth the wait). She eats wet food only and is a bit picky, and she has a chronic urinary condition that benefits from a urinary support diet and gentle, ongoing care.
✨ Mylo at a glance:
- Quiet, shy, and thoughtful
- Deeply loyal to her trusted person
- Loves cozy spots and peaceful routines
- Enjoys scratchers and gentle enrichment
- Thrives in calm, understanding homes
If your New Year’s resolution includes slowing down, creating calm, and forming a meaningful bond, Mylo may be the perfect companion to share your days. Come meet her — she just might be waiting for you. 🐾✨

More about this shelter
Homeward Bound Cat Adoptions is a nonprofit organization dedicated to cats and people in our community. We provide counseling, information, and resources to empower people to support their cats and others in the community. If cats cannot stay with their families or neighborhoods, we prioritize our intake on cats most at risk - cats in need of rehoming; kittens who need specialized care; and cats who have been abandoned, are sick or injured, or are not thriving in the community. We are committed to ensuring the highest level of attention and care for cats in our adoption program and provide a modern, free-roaming adoption center to minimize stress, serve the individual needs of each cat, and set up both cats and adopters for success.
