Their adoption process

We have potential adopters complete our adoption application. We will then arrange a meet and greet at a mutually agreed upon place; for cats, it is our adoption playroom. If it is a good match we do a home check to make sure all other pets and persons in the home all get along and we check the security of the home.

Adoption steps

  1. Submit Application
    1. Please complete all areas of the adoption application so that we can gather a bit of information about you. This helps us match up the pet
  2. Interview
    1. If your application is a good match for the pet you’ve applied for, or one of the other pets in our care, we will reach out to you.
  3. Meet the Pet
    1. If you are matched to one of our pets, we will have you meet at a mutually agreed upon location. We want to be sure there is a connection.
  4. Home Check
    1. If distance is an issue, a virtual tour or video of your home can be arranged. We are not looking for a perfect home, just a safe home

Go meet their pets

We do have an adoption playroom for cats/kittens only, which is in Morgan Hill, CA and we are open on Saturdays and some select Sundays for the public 12-3pm and also pre-arranged appointments. For the dogs/puppies, we have our meet and greets at one of our founders home in San Martin, CA.

More about this rescue

All Animal Rescue & Friends (AARF) is a 501(c)3 non-profit all-volunteer rescue organization focused on physically rescuing and reuniting lost/found animals within our community. We provide medical assistance and care to the injured, abused/neglected, abandoned, and under-age animals. We also rescue at-risk animals from local shelters.

For the animals that come into our Rescue, they are placed in safe, nurturing foster homes to prepare them for adoption. We are dedicated to match each and every animal with the very best forever home.

We are committed to providing education and support for local TNR efforts/colony caretakers, the promotion of local spay/neuter programs, the importance of microchips for reuniting lost pets, and general wellness and care for pets within our community.
