My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Say hello to Bowser!!! Bowser is an absolutely perfect Fluffy Frenchie with a bilateral cleft lip. He was a compassionate surrender from the breeder, as he could not nurse at birth. These puppies are usually euthanized, but his breeder chose to work with our rescue and allow us to help him thrive until he could be adopted.

Bowser has a bilateral cleft lip, which is only an issue during the nursing stage of life. He was tube fed around the clock until he could eat kibble. Bowser now eats food normally, and can drink water from a bowl without any problems. His defect is only cosmetic at this point, meaning it does not require surgical intervention.

Bowser has been hand raised by us, and is an absolutely perfect Fluffy cuddle bug. Being as he is a fluffy Frenchie, his fur is super soft. He prefers to nuzzle up in your neck or the crook of your arm. He is also a very vocal boy. We predict him to be a conversational Frenchie in the future!

Please note that we expect a lot of applications for Bowser. We will take our time to find him the perfect home. We are a 501c3 nonprofit that specializes in neonates with congenital defects and advanced medical needs. We have several French Bulldogs with congenital defects that will be available for adoption. So if you miss out on Bowser, we can keep you application active for future puppies. Please follow us on Insta and FB to stay connected with our rescue efforts💞

More about this rescue

Orphan Annie's Neonatal Rescue was founded by a licensed Pediatric and Neonatal Nurse Anesthesiologist and a Licensed Wildlife Rehabilitator. The founders are able to take their vast knowledge of saving human babies, and small mammals; and apply it to the very vulnerable orphaned kittens and puppies. At Orphan Annie's we take in the sickest, the smallest, the least likely to survive without our care. Every single animal we have for adoption has beat the odds. By the time they are available for their forever homes, we have months of our lives invested in these babies, and thus know everything there is to know about them. Our babies are hand-raised, so they are extremely friendly and eager to be a loving member of their forever homes.
