My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing Lenny! The next love of your life! ❤️🐾

Lenny came into rescue from a crowded shelter where he was shutting down and losing his spark. But when you put a dog in a loving home, it often comes back quickly. That’s the case for Lenny!

Here’s what we know:
🐾 neutered, microchipped, utd on all vaccinations
🐾 50lbs, Black lab mix, about a year old. But he still looks like a puppy. Imagine, all the cuteness of a puppy but skipping the chewing everything part. Which his foster reports that he likes stuffies and squeakies but hasn’t destroyed or chewed them yet.
🐾 Lenny is timid but playful. It didn’t take him long to submit to his older, bossier, dog foster sisters.
🐾. Housebroken and crate trained, however he cried when foster mom left and tried to claw out of kennel. Fosters will work with him to know it’s his safe place.
🐾 such a lover!
🐾 loves to play in the snow!
🐾 rides in the car like a champ
🐾 is being introduced to resident cat and is curious but is easily redirected so we think he could live with cats with the right intro.
🐾 has not been around kids but we think he’d do fine, like we said, timid, but playful, no signs of aggression at all.

Lenny would love to be in his furever home by Christmas! What a dream come true to everyone involved.
