Tinsel is an adorable and sweet little Chihuahua mix who tips the scales at just 11 pounds, with an estimated DOB of 4/11/2025. He is a joyful little man with a happy, friendly personality and a heart full of charm. Tinsel is always eager to meet new friends and greets everyone with enthusiasm and a wagging tail.

One of his most endearing traits is the cutest little paw move, where he happily lifts his paws as if he’s giving high-fives to the air. It perfectly matches his cheerful spirit. Tinsel is truly an all-around fantastic little guy who quickly became a staff and volunteer favorite. He’s ready to bring a whole lot of joy, love, and smiles to his future forever home.

His minimum adoption fee is $300 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents.

He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
