Cane is a true survivor with the sweetest soul. Trapped after spending days fending for himself in freezing winter temperatures, this boy came into rescue pretty beat up with multiple bite wounds and signs he may have been hit by a car. Despite everything he’s been through, Cane has shown nothing but gentleness and resilience.
Now safe in foster care with his amazing foster family, Cane has been vetted, groomed, and is adjusting beautifully. He’s very smart, friendly, and loves all people he meets! His foster reports that he's settled in well with his new dog and cat friends. Cane may be slightly hard of hearing, which hasn’t slowed him down at all; he remains attentive and eager to connect with his people.
