My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rocket is soaking up love in a foster home-which means if you want to meet him, you`ve gotta email us. And trust us, he`s worth the message.
He`s a terrier mix, born 7/3/2020, and a perfect 15 lbs of sweet, gentle, easy-to-love goodness. He`s great with other dogs, chill with cats, and happiest when he`s curled up beside a human.
If you are looking for a soft hearted companion who loves everybody...Rocket`s your guy. Reach out to meet him. Email us at bahshelter@yahoo.com

More about this shelter

The Bulverde Area Humane Society is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Founded in 1983 by Dolores Caldwell, BAHS is a no-kill shelter caring for up to 400 dogs and cats annually. The shelter resides on 3.25 acres of park-like land and houses indoor/outdoor kennels, a cattery, nursery/medical recovery building, agility fields, and fenced-in play yards.

BAHS is powered by volunteers and overseen by a Board of Directors. Our volunteers ensure the dogs and cats get plenty of exercise, playtime, and unlimited cuddles, love, and affection.
