Kennedy is a bright, bouncy, 5-month-old German shepherd mix who’s already proven she’s a little fighter. She survived parvovirus and made a full recovery. At about 36 pounds and growing, she’s a playful, energetic puppy who loves learning, exploring, and being part of the action.
In her temporary foster home, sweet Kennedy showed off just how smart she is. She already knows sit, is housetrained and cratetrained, and is working hard on her leash skills. Like many puppies, she can be a bit jumpy and mouthy, and may vocalize when left alone, but she settles after a little while. She’s also practicing sharing her toys and would do best in a home without young children.
Kennedy will thrive with continued positive-reinforcement training, patient socialization, and an adopter ready to guide a shepherd puppy into her best self.
