<1 year old! Sadie was born 1/22/25. Mom: pure silver labrador, Dad: a gorgeous pure rottweiler. She is has a soft coat, less shedding, like how a rottie sheds less than lab. She is beautiful and very healthy. Waiting for first heat to spay her, as research is showing it is better for their health to mature before neutering.
We live on a large property where she is off-leash to roam and potty and she has never run off. She has some leash training from hiking. She loves swimming. She loves playing ball, chewing bones, and sleeping on cozy floor pillows. She is smart and knows the difference between her toys and kids' toys! House trained and crate trained.
She loves training and cuddling with us, adults, but we are observing that she does not enjoy the company of toddlers or our infant. No incidents! She would be happier in a home with older kids (or none). Toddlers aren't every animal's cup of tea. She is playful with our cat and has never shown prey drive. Happy to answer questions!
