My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jalapeña Pupper is a sweet, gentle dog who is much more comfortable with people than with other dogs. During her first playgroup, she seemed nervous and defensive around her playmates, so she may do best as the only pet in the home.

With humans, she is very loving. Volunteers say she is calm, kind, and enjoys being around people. She likes going for walks where she can take her time sniffing everything, and she's easy to walk on leash. After a walk, she's happy to relax and enjoy some cuddle time. She also takes treats gently.

If you're interested in learning more about her, please reach out to our volunteer matchmakers at wcac.matchmaker@gmail.com with the subject line "Jalapeña Pupper 265912".

She is up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention, is microchipped, and will be spayed prior to going home. If you have dogs or cats, we recommend slow introductions over time. If you have children in your home, we recommend supervision between animals and children at all times.
