Marlow is a handsome young tuxedo with the cutest markings and a personality big enough to match. A brave FIP warrior, he beat the odds with determination and now lives every day like it’s his best one yet.
He’s the wildcard of the foster room—the goofy, joyful boy who plays like a maniac, invents chaos for sport, and keeps everyone laughing with his ridiculous antics. And when he finally pauses long enough for a breath? That’s when he melts into your arms, demanding to be held and loved like he’s always belonged there.
Marlow even has a girlfriend in foster care—Bubbles—and he absolutely adores her. While they aren’t a bonded pair, his love for feline companionship is clear. He’ll be happiest in a home with another friendly, playful kitty who can keep up with his energy and zest for fun.
Silly, spirited, and full of life, Marlow never takes a moment for granted. If you’re looking for a cat who’s equal parts comic relief and cuddly sweetheart, Marlow is your guy.
Marlow is currently in a foster home. If you are interested in meeting him, please send a message here, or email adopt@ahsem.org.
Adoption fees are as follows: $155 for a single cat or kitten, $195 for a pair of cats or kittens. When adopting a cat from AHSEM the adoption includes spay or neuter surgery, age appropriate core vaccines, microchipping, combo tested (for FIV/FeLV), and basic wellness care including deworming and flea treatment.

AHSEM treats every adoption as "foster to adopt" This means that the first two weeks in which you have the cat is the "foster period." We do our best to ensure the right match for all involved and want to give the cat(s) time to decompress and adapt to their new environment. However, we realize sometimes things don't work out as expected. Therefore, during that two-week period, if something doesn’t work out you can bring the cat back. We will always take our cats back even after the "foster to adopt" period. We would hate to see them end up at a kill shelter, abandoned, or any other unsafe situation.
