Eliza is a petite 3-year-old tortie with a big personality and an even bigger heart. She came to us after being left outside a vet’s office in a dog crate with several other cats and kittens—thankfully, the vet team swooped in and got them all to safety.
Despite her rough start, Eliza has blossomed into a total sweetheart with that classic tortie sass we all adore. She’s a little diva—in the best, most entertaining way—and she absolutely knows she deserves the finer things in life: attention, admiration, and plenty of pets.
Eliza loves scritches, enjoys soaking up affection, and isn’t shy about letting you know when she wants more. If you’re looking for a sweet, spunky companion with loads of charm and personality, this tiny tortie queen is ready to rule your home (and your heart).
Come meet Eliza and fall in love with your new favorite diva!
Eliza is currently at our PetSmart location on Woodward. If you are interested in meeting her, please send a message here, or email adopt@ahsem.org.
Adoption fees are as follows: $155 for a single cat or kitten, $195 for a pair of cats or kittens. When adopting a cat from AHSEM the adoption includes spay or neuter surgery, age appropriate core vaccines, microchipping, combo tested (for FIV/FeLV), and basic wellness care including deworming and flea treatment.

AHSEM treats every adoption as "foster to adopt" This means that the first two weeks in which you have the cat is the "foster period." We do our best to ensure the right match for all involved and want to give the cat(s) time to decompress and adapt to their new environment. However, we realize sometimes things don't work out as expected. Therefore, during that two-week period, if something doesn’t work out you can bring the cat back. We will always take our cats back even after the "foster to adopt" period. We would hate to see them end up at a kill shelter, abandoned, or any other unsafe situation.
