My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This handsome brindle boy is looking for a home! Tiger was hanging around the Air Force Base not too long ago. A kind member of the military saw him and wanted to help this friendly guy! She called the shelter and then brought him in. Tiger was in good health, but everyone thought he could stand to put on a little bit of weight! Well Tiger was happy to “clean” his food bowl in the mornings and in the afternoons every day that he has been here! And any snacks in between was just fine with him too! Tiger has all of his vaccinations, he is heartworm negative, he has a microchip, and he has been neutered. Tiger is very grateful to be at the shelter where he is safe, comfortable, and he is never hungry!

Additional adoption info

The placement of our adoptable animals into loving, caring homes and thereby enhancing the bond between animals and people is the primary goal of the Montgomery Humane Society Adoption Program. We focus on education so that every pet owner benefits from their contact with the shelter, whether or not they adopt an animal from us. Matching the needs of the animal and the potential owner, as well as educating potential owners about responsible pet ownership, helps to ensure successful pet placements of shelter animals.
