My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there - I'm Tyson! I may look tough with my big Bulldog smile and squishable jowlies (go ahead, I know you want to smush them!), but underneath it all, I'm a total sweetheart! I came to the shelter as a stray a while back, and somehow, I've ended up being one of the "long-term residents." I don't really get it! I've got two different-colored eyes, a heart full of love, and a personality that's ready to make you laugh every single day! I'll admit, I don't always make the best first impression when I'm in my kennel. It's just a little overwhelming in there, and I get excited when people walk by! But once you take me outside, you'll see the real me - the goofy, playful, snuggle-loving Tyson who just wants to hang out, chase a ball, and get belly rubs! I get along well with respectful kiddos and mellow dog friends, and I'm happiest when I'm part of the action, whether that's a walk around the neighborhood, a movie night on the couch, or a good old-fashioned play session. If you're looking for a loyal, loving, one-of-a-kind companion, come meet me outside my kennel. I promise you'll fall in love!
