• Great with kids — he’s been kind and gentle with a 9-year-old
• Respectful of cats — sniffs them politely and moves on
• Loves other dogs — he wants to play with the resident husky, but is on rest orders after heartworm treatment
• Doesn’t jump on people — all four paws stay politely on the floor
• Takes treats like a soft little cloud

We are a volunteer-run, 501(c)3 foster-based rescue, which means we do not have a central building. Our rescue registration number with the State of NY is RR131. For logistical reasons, all of our foster homes are in Lewis and Jefferson Counties. If there is an animal you are interested in meeting, we ask you to first fill out the adoption application, which can be found in the main menu. You do not need to live in Lewis or Jefferson county to adopt; we do adopt out of state (and to Canada as well!)
