When available, all animals are fixed in accordance with Colorado law, up to date on vaccines (may need boosters), and microchipped!
What we know: Transferred from Dixon Animal Protection, litter of 7, 3 female / 4 male, at 9 weeks, not fixed yet, too young for rabies vax.
From the foster: If you’re looking for a cuddly little lovebug, Maria is your girl. Maria loves to crawl right in your lap any chance she gets. After she potties she loves to sit right by the couch and ask politely to come snuggle. She’s gotten very good at using the pee pads. Even if she’s playing in a different room she remembers exactly where they are and heads over without any guidance, I imagine potty training her will be a breeze. We’re still working on reminding her poop also goes on the pads however she goes in the same exact spot every single time (consistent queen).
When it’s time to play, she’s a little spitfire and loves to tussle with her brothers. She might be smaller but she can hold her own. She especially loves to slowly stalk and pounce on her brothers. Like her siblings, Maria is exploring the world with her mouth. She is especially infatuated with toes but is easily redirected to a toy.
During the night she wakes up a couple times to potty but immediately puts herself back to sleep without a peep. Maria loves a nap and has lots of dreams during so be prepared for the tiniest little grunts and nose whistles.
This little girl is truly the sweetest pup and has stolen our hearts. She would be a loveable addition to any home and would be completely content just following you around all day.
