My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi everyone, my name is Holly. I'm beautiful terrier (pittie) mix who is approx 6 months old. I'm ~30lb now and am expected to be a medium sized girl when I'm fully grown - probably ~50lb or so.

Let me tell you a little bit about myself.

Everyone who meets me says I have an awesome personality. I'm an adorable girl who can entertain myself with toys, play and run with other dogs, or occupy myself with a bone. My foster mom says I'm quite a good girl for being so young. I can zoomie hard with the rest of them but also turn down my energy level quite quickly. Also, I give really good snuggles. Do you want a napping buddy? I am probably the best girl for the job. Speaking of jobs, I want to make sure I go to a home where they know I am a joy to have but that I also need someone to teach me what is expected. I am young, and stuff like greeting people/dogs and leash walking are just some of the skills I need to learn. I am succeeding really well at potty and crate training though. So while you should reinforce those things, you don't need to start from scratch teaching me those skills.

Hmmm what else?  I'm not currently living with kids or cats, but I have a good temperament and would likely be successful with either or both in my forever home. I take redirection from other dogs and humans really well, which makes my foster mommy think I'd do well in a home with other dogs, cats, or kids.  My foster mommy also said that I don't have a mean bone in my body.

If you think I could be the girl for you, please apply for me today at pawsacrosspittsburgh.com/adopt. Paws Across Pittsburgh, KL 16182
