My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Mello 🤍

Mello is a sweet, very small Border Collie who recently came to us from the county, and he has quietly worked his way into everyone’s heart. He is estimated to be about 1.5–2 years old and may be little in size, but he has a big, gentle heart.

Mello has a gorgeous coat and a compact frame that makes him a perfect option for someone looking for a small to medium companion. He is kennel and house trained, does great with other dogs, and has a very easygoing, go-with-the-flow temperament.

He does enjoy chasing the barn cats on our property, but he recalls easily and listens well, making this a very manageable habit. His best friend here is a sweet senior blue nose pit, and the two are often found hanging out together.

Mello is simply a nice, small dude looking for a family to love him and give him the life he deserves.

Mello is available for adoption through our website at www.dtranimalfoundation.com. Click “Adopt” to apply.
