Dear Santa,

My name is Buttercup, and I’m new to Lucky Paws Rescue. I wanted to tell you my story.

I spent an entire year in a shelter — waiting, hoping, and dreaming that someone would finally see me. Then Lucky Paws came and broke me out, and everything changed.

I’ve been a devoted mom, and I’ve done my job well. Now it’s my turn to find my forever. I’m an easy-going girl who loves life, peaceful walks, and soaking in all the good moments. I get along great with other dogs, but if I’m being honest… I’d much rather be your shadow.

My favorite things are being outdoors, curling up in a comfy bed, and watching TV right by your side. I prefer the slower, sweeter side of life — calm days, gentle routines, and lots of love.

Santa, all I want for Christmas is a family of my very own — someone who will choose me and never let me go. I promise to fill their days with love, loyalty, and the warmest cuddles.

I may be a hunk of love… but my heart is even bigger.
