Rover is an almost one year old Lab/Hound mix, whose friendly engaging personality is sure to steal your heart! Playful and fun, he enjoys chasing balls while in the park, and he especially likes to run along the fenceline with dogs in adjacent play areas, showing signs that he is dog-friendly and social. The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
