Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cheerie and her 2 sisters, Custard and Candy are 8 week old Chihuahua/ husky mixes, amd yes, you read that right! Mama is a small chihuahua and Daddy is a full blooded Husky :) She is currently not spayed, but will be as soon as she is big enough! She is doing great with potty training with puppy pads and is crate trained already! She is pretty much just a sucker for cuddles and that is what makes her the happiest is being held and loved on! She is teething right now so she is loving all of the rubber toys she can get her tiny teeth onto! We are a private run facility supported by public donations. The first step to adopt is to submit an application on richardsonrescue.org. We review them everyday, except for Sunday (Great customer service is our goal). Once your application is approved, you may then call for an appointment.

VISITS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY WITH AN APPROVED APPLICATION.

More about this rescue

Nestled in twelve acres of country and woods is a place for animals that are hardest to help, BIGGER dogs, abused pets and puppy mill dogs. They need more time, more space and more love than many full rescues can provide. Their adoptions sometimes take months, but they get the room and attention that they need to get back on all four feet. The problem.... not many people are willing to give them a chance. We also offer low cost spay and neutering when funding allows.
