Cloud and Sky are a bonded pair that are around 5-years old. They came to us as strays and are now learning that humans can be safe, kind, and trusted. They’re both naturally shy and a bit skittish, especially with new people and environments. However, with time, patience, and a calm home, these two are ready to discover just how good life indoors can be.
Sky is the braver of the pair, and her curiosity shines once she feels comfortable. She adores playtime and will happily engage with wand toys. Her playful spirit is your doorway into earning her trust, and she’s slowly learning that people can be part of the fun, not something to fear.
Cloud is more reserved and takes things at her own pace. She is very observant, quietly taking in everything around her. She would thrive with a cozy perch by a window where she could watch the excitement of the outside world. Cloud isn’t quite ready for hands-on attention yet, but with a steady routine and a gentle approach, she may surprise you! She’ll need a family willing to celebrate even the tiniest victories.
Both girls enjoy mealtime and treats. Food is their love language, and these daily moments are wonderful opportunities to further build trust. With consistency and compassion, they’ll continue to learn to trust, each taking cues from the other.
Cloud and Sky are looking for a patient, cat-savvy home that understands the needs of shy cats and is willing to give them the time and space they require to truly bloom. They may not be lap cats yet, but their soft presence, quiet companionship, and slow but meaningful progress make them a deeply rewarding duo.
