Hi, I’m Tango 
I’m a 1.5-year-old Catahoula mix and weigh about 48 pounds. I have the sweetest soul and a very gentle heart. I absolutely love people and I’m especially great with kids. I spent most of my life in the shelter, so I’m still learning how wonderful the world can be—but I’m trying my best every day.
I also hear all the time that I have the prettiest colors—my foster mom says I look like a little tiger with my beautiful markings. 
I love being around other dogs and would be so happy to have a doggy play buddy. I also love toys and enjoy playing once I feel comfortable. New things can be a little scary for me at first, but with some encouragement and reassurance, I get brave and give them a try. Once I know I’m safe, I really shine. 
I’m crate trained, almost fully potty trained, and I LOVE treats (they help me learn and build confidence!). More than anything, I’m looking for a home filled with patience, kindness, and lots of love—something I didn’t get much of before, but I’m ready now.
