Meet Quincy – The Gentle Giant with a Heart of Gold
Quincy is a handsome 3-year-old brown tabby with a calm, easygoing spirit and a love for the simple things in life—like long naps and cozy lounging spots. This big, lazy boy is the definition of a chill companion, perfectly content to spend his days relaxing and watching the world go by.
At first, Quincy can be a bit shy when meeting new people. He takes his time to feel safe and comfortable, but once he does, his sweet and gentle personality shines through. He’s a quiet soul who appreciates a peaceful environment and would thrive in a calm, adult household or one with older, respectful children.
Quincy gets along well with other cats and would make a wonderful addition to a multi-cat home. He hasn’t been around dogs, so a home without them would be best for his comfort.
Fully vetted and ready for his forever home, Quincy is looking for a patient, loving family who will give him the time and space he needs to blossom. Once he trusts, he’ll reward that kindness with quiet companionship and endless affection.
Give Quincy the cozy, calm home he deserves—and gain a loyal, laid-back friend for life.

1) I do home visits for all the cats/kittens for adoption. I am not currently able to adopt to anyone living more than 1 hour outside of Rochester, NY.
2) I require a vet reference and will contact them.
3) Most of the cats in my care come from the streets and have had a bad start in life. They usually would do best in a home with older children and NO dogs.
4) All the cats/kittens that are up for adoption will be spayed/neutered, have age appropriate vaccinations, combo tested and treated for fleas and worms.
5) An approved application is necessary prior to a meet and greet,

I am a caretaker of city cat colonies and a trapper. I do rescue a few cats and kittens along the way. Lately I have found many friendly cats and abandoned cats that I am trying to find homes for.
All the cats that are up for adoption are spayed/neutered, have age appropriate vaccinations, combo tested and treated for fleas and worms.
The adoption fee helps me to recoup some of the costs and allow me to continue to TNR and rescue homeless and abandoned cats in the city.
