Hi, I’m Luna 🐾
I’m a beautiful, scruffy mixed-breed girl, about 31 pounds of pure love, and I’m 5 years old—the perfect age where I know my manners but still love to play. My fur is a little tousled, my eyes are full of hope, and my heart is very ready for something special.
This Christmas, my biggest wish isn’t toys or treats (though I won’t say no 😉). I’m wishing for a home—a cozy place where I can curl up, feel safe, and be part of a family. I’d love a soft bed, gentle hands, and someone who talks to me like I understand every word… because I kind of do.
I enjoy walks, quiet cuddle time, and just being near my people. I promise to be loyal, loving, and forever grateful if you choose me. I’ll be your best friend, your shadow, and your reminder that the best gifts have four paws.

Submit Application

Whether you're interested in a specific pet or not, fill out our application online at houstonpetsalive.org.

2.
Meet the Pet

Once your application is approved, a meet and greet will be set up between you and your pet of interest.

3.
Sign Adoption Contract

If the meet and greet goes well and your adoption application is approved, you will sign the adoption contract.

4.
Pay Fee

Once the adoption contract is signed, you will pay the adoption fee.

5.
Take the Pet Home

Bring your new best friend home! Remember that it will take some time for him/her to adjust to their new environment.
