This is Jack, a debonair three-month old that loves following his foster mom around for cuddles, wrestling with his 4 sisters, and watching Netflix before naps. He was born in Rescue to a TNR mom, and is now experiencing the life of comfort and luxury. He does well with dogs, other cats, and kids.

Go meet their pets

Every Saturday (except holiday weekends) we have adoptable cats at Petco on 72nd and Dodge in Omaha from 11am-3pm. Adoptable cats also live in cages there and are available during Petco's regular business hours. We also have cats ready for adoption at Petsmart in Council Bluffs. They are available during business hours as well.

By definition, the word "solace" means "that which furnishes comfort or consolation." Coincidentally, SOLAS, although it is spelled differently, provides the same thing for many unwanted dogs, cats, and other animals living in the Council Bluffs/Omaha area. S.O.L.A.S. is a 501(c)3 Not for Profit organization.
