Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Naruto is a playful, slightly doofy sweetheart who loves chasing string but will also settle down on your lap as soon as you sit down. After a few months in foster with his siblings and mama Milkgrass, he's ready to find a forever home with tons of toys and cuddle time. He also enjoys bird-watching, wrestling with his brother Daoko, and looking incredibly goofy.

Naruto seeks a forever home with his brother Daoko (the other cat in the photo with two) as a bonded pair or a home with another young cat. You only need to apply to adopt once for both with a combined adoption fee of $350 at https://www.familiarhearts.org/adoptable-pets

We are a 100% foster-based organization so a day/time is coordinated with our amazing foster to meet the animal that caught your eye.

Our contracts are digital + sent from our software database.

At this time, Familiar Hearts Animal Society meetings are by appointment only.

We currently rely on our amazing web of generous fosters throughout the Philadelphia area and will do our best to make a meeting as convenient as possible for both human + animal.

Meetings will need to be coordinated through the foster of the animal you are interested in meeting.

Mission Statement: To end the unnecessary suffering of homeless companion animals by serving as a refuge and enabling humans to provide them quality and compassionate homes.

Our Vision: Our mission is two-fold; we want to help abandoned pets and we want to help stop pet abandonment.

We operate using a network of kind hearted hands to help find homeless animals veterinary and behavior care and then match them with appropriate forever homes. We also strive to educate pet owners about resources they might utilize in order to best understand how to provide for their friends with furry paws, feathers or claws. We always do our best to help.
