Bori was rescued from the euthanasia list at "Jeongeup Shelter" in South Korea. Despite the uncertainty of his early life, he has adjusted remarkably well in foster care and has shown himself to be a calm, gentle, and emotionally stable dog.
●Temperament & Behavior
Bori has excellent manners with other dogs. He approaches politely, greets calmly, and plays well, making him a great candidate for a multi-dog household. He does not enjoy overly rough or pushy play and prefers dogs with good social skills.
When encountering cats during walks, he shows curiosity and may attempt to follow them, but he responds immediately to verbal cues and stops when corrected.
He generally enjoys people and is friendly, though sudden loud voices or someone rushing toward him can startle him briefly. With calm and respectful interactions, he warms up quickly.
●Walking & Daily Life
Bori walks calmly on leash with no pulling and maintains very good walking manners. His shedding level is low to moderate, about 4 out of 10.
He has no food allergies, is not picky, and eats well.
He currently follows an outdoor potty routine, going on one-hour walks in the morning and evening, during which he does his business. If an emergency arises indoors, he independently goes into the bathroom, relieves himself, and comes back out.
●Habits & Training
Bori tolerates bathing and brushing well and remains relaxed during grooming.
He has no separation anxiety and can stay home alone for several hours without barking, accidents, or destructive behavior. He quietly entertains himself with toys.
He is a very quiet dog and rarely barks.
He rides extremely well in the car with no motion sickness and enjoys car rides.
●Likes & Personality
Bori enjoys car rides, visiting dog cafés, and running freely in open spaces like yards or play fields. He prefers calm, polite interactions with both people and dogs and feels uncomfortable only when someone approaches too suddenly.
He is currently living in a foster home.
