My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Ocho: cuddlebug extraordinaire! Ocho is a ~5-6 y.o. beagle who is happy to do anything - as long as it's together with you! He is the jack of all trades: well-behaved and calm indoors, curious and excited during car rides, and ECSTATIC when doing any outdoor activities. He is potty trained and is making good progress on his crate training.

Nothing is known about his previous life. We met him, very sick and distressed, when visiting an Animal Control Center. We brought him home to nurse him back to health and give him a safer environment to stay in until he seemed healthy enough for adoption. Ocho is now 100% healed and ready for his forever home!

Ocho would do best in a single-family home that plans to keep him as an indoor dog, as his 2 favorite activities are cuddling and being a couch potato. He is good with kids & small dogs! To note: he has some separation anxiety when no one is home (nothing destructive, just barks) & may dig if unattended in the backyard. But is SO GREAT!
