Meet Boots! Boots is a 7 month old kitty in a bonded pair with Henry, and is known for his striking brown tiger-striped coat, adorable white paws, and a sturdy, chunky build that only adds to his charm. He’s a very handsome cat with an intelligent, watchful gaze that shows just how much is going on in his head.
Boots is smart, curious, and full of personality. He may take a little time to warm up, but once he does, his confident, dominant “alpha” nature shines through. Boots isn’t shy about letting you know what he wants—or what he doesn’t—and his food motivation makes training and bonding easy. Playful and mischievous, he’ll happily find trouble on his own or recruit his brother to help stir things up.
Boots is a bonded pair with his brother Henry and must be adopted together. He would do best in a home that appreciates a confident, assertive cat with clear opinions and a big personality. While he enjoys affection and can be a lap cat when he decides it’s time, he also values independence and stimulation. With patient, attentive owners, plenty of enrichment, and lots of playtime, Boots will thrive as a bold, entertaining, and deeply rewarding companion.
All of our cats come spayed or neutered, microchipped, and with their initial age-appropriate vaccinations. Young bonded cats have an adoption fee of $262.50. If you would like to apply to be a forever home for this cat, please fill out a statement of interest at www.alternativehumanesociety.com. Unless otherwise indicated, all our cats and kittens are best suited for indoor-only life.
