From his foster "Rescued from outside during a TNR project, Oats is a sweet boy kitten who loves to play and spend time with people. He really loves attention, he even paws at my legs to be picked up, and sits in my lap every time he gets a chance. His experience with dogs is currently unknown, but he has been a delight to everyone he’s met."
