Hello there! My name is SIMONA and here is some info about me:
PHYSICAL INFO:
Keep in mind I am just a puppy, and am still a growing girl! Hehe!
RESCUE STORY - My siblings and I were born on the streets of Huehuetoca, near Mexico City. We were discovered living in a vacant lot by kind guards who reached out to our (now) shelter for help. My family and I were in need of some TLC when we were rescued. I was dehydrated and had parasites, yikes! Despite these circumstances, I was still described as a cheerful, happy puppy! We all received the medical are we needed, and I’m now perfectly healthy and ready for my forever home!
TEMPERAMENT - My rescuers describe me as a happy-go-lucky, playful gal! I am very friendly and love saying hello to new people. I adore attention and will gladly receive ALLLL of the belly rubs you have to give!
I live with lots of pups here at the shelter and don’t show signs of jealousy. I also eat in a communal space and, while I am very food motivated, I don’t show any signs of resource guarding. Fun fact, tortillas are my favorite snack!
ENERGY LEVEL - High - I am a puppy with all the puppy energy! I play well with dogs big and small, but I’m not too rough! I enjoy going for walks, playing at the dog park, and getting in lots of zoomies! I would do great with a forever family who enjoys an active lifestyle, could that be with you?!
GETS ALONG WITH:
PREY DRIVE - Unknown. I’m not too sure how I’ll react around squirrels/rabbits etc., so my adopter needs to be prepared and willing to train me through these behaviours, should they arise.

The info included in each WCP bio is provided to us from the international rescuer. WCP does not have in-person access to overseas dogs and cannot always verify the accuracy of their descriptions, although we ask for video proof of a dog's attributes wherever possible. Every dog is an individual and can act differently in different situations based on the person(s) adopting them and the environment in which they live.
WCP is unable to guarantee the accuracy of a dogs age and/or breed. These are strictly "best guesses" based on veterinary exams and their educated estimates.
