Meet Louie

If love could wag its tail, it would look exactly like Louie. This floppy-eared sweetheart is a professional cuddler who believes every lap, couch, and human was made just for him. He adores people of all kinds and would happily spend his day snuggled up right by your side. Crown him Cuddle Champion — he’s earned it.

Louie is discovering his playful puppy side and getting a bit more rambunctious, but he’s incredibly smart and takes redirection like a pro. He loves following his foster sister around and is already learning dog-to-dog manners by watching her cues. Social, sweet, and eager to learn — this boy is the full package.

He recently conquered his first bath and nail trim like an absolute champ, and leash practice around the house is going amazingly well. Louie already knows how to sit and proudly shows it off any chance he gets (especially if treats are involved — he’s no fool!).

Potty training? He’s crushing it. Louie goes outside right away when taken out and has been accident-free with regular potty breaks — sometimes even beating his experienced foster sister to the punch!

Crate training is coming along beautifully too. He sleeps peacefully in his crate through the night and does great as long as he can see his people. We’re continuing to build his confidence with alone time, but he’s already off to a fantastic start.
