Hi my name is Dodge! I am a 6 year old Australian Shepherd and Rottweiler mix. My shots are up to date except for my Bordetella. My owners acquired me through Bedford Animal Shelter in Virginia. My owners adopted me when I was 1. I do very well with cats and kids but would need to be introduced to dogs as I can act like I am the Alpha. I honestly do not know a stranger. I do great with my brother Tater though who is also the same age and breed as me. I would need a home with an experienced adopter that can train to help me with my food obsession, lack of impulse control, practice calmness and help with separation anxiety. My food has to be hydrated even with a slow feeding bowl as I can easily figure them out. I do not care much for snuffle mats as I get aggravated and try to tear them up. Im a pretty lazy boy and do not care to play fetch. I also have severe separation anxiety and will need a steel crate to prevent from breaking out.
