My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Doc Hudson! This lovable senior has the perfect mix of sweetness and spirit. He’s gentle, affectionate, and still enjoys a good walk—he’s got some pep in his step and likes to explore the world at his own pace (with a little squirrel chasing here and there).

Doc adores people and never says no to attention. He’ll nudge your hand for more pets and greet you with happy wiggles and tail wags whenever you come home. He’s friendly with everyone he meets and happiest when he’s close to his humans.

As a senior pup, Doc would do best in a home with minimal stairs and easy access for potty breaks, but he still has plenty of energy for strolls and adventures. If you’re looking for a loving, loyal companion who’s equal parts calm and full of heart, Doc Hudson might be the one for you.

Follow his foster’s Instagram @mon_ami_fosterdogs for more adorable Doc updates, and submit your application for the opportunity to make this handsome gent's golden years even more sunshine-y!

This dog is considered a mixed breed because it’s not accurate to identify breed mix by sight alone, so for most dogs, their mix is only a guess. We get to know each dog as an individual and strive to make matches based on personality, not on breed label.
