Because this cat kept hanging out at our house, we tried to adopt this neighborhood stray, had him fixed and vaccinated. At first, our two domesticated cats didn’t mind his presence but after a while resentment became an issue. We believe that the stress with attempting to have all of the cats to cohabitate became too much of a problem especially with our rag doll cat who has developed a respiratory problem with asthma. We believe Blue is causing our existing cats to become more territorial and no longer tolerate him being in the same house anymore. The stressful situation is also causing a serious issue with family members in the household and their relationships in trying to address this.
He’s a good cat by himself. Very affectionate, just needs a new home. He loves to be indoors but we currently have him and care for him in the garage with outside access.
