Meet Vanessa! At just over a year old, she's is full of life, love, and just the right amount of puppy energy. She’s easy to leash up and walks well on a leash, making her a great companion for strolls and adventures. Playtime is her favorite time - especially if squeaky toys are involved! Vanessa will happily chase after a toy, bring it back near you, and then entertain herself while keeping you close by. She’s also a cuddle bug at heart and will roll right over for belly rubs and soak up all the affection you’re willing to give.
Vanessa loves treats (she takes them gently!) and while she doesn’t know any tricks yet, she’s eager to learn - she just might get a little bouncy if you make her wait too long. With her mix of playfulness, sweetness, and eagerness to please, she’s still very much a puppy at heart and ready to blossom with the love of a forever family.

•Conduct phone/facetime meeting for us to get to know you, what you're looking for in a dog, for you to learn more about the dog you're interested in and virtually meet the dog
•If local, do a meet and greet with the dog. If out of state, further discuss the dog's personality, how we think they'd do in your specific home environment, etc
•Approve application
•Sign adoption contract and pay adoption fee
•Take your new family member home! (If out of state, transport will be arranged at a time and date convenient to you)
