Art is a bright, loving puppy who has already experienced a big change - he was adopted once and returned through no fault of his own. What he needs now is not perfection, but patience, consistency, and someone willing to help him learn how to be the best version of himself!

Art is still figuring out the world and would thrive with a person or family who understands that puppies need guidance, structure, and time. He’s fairly high energy and will do best with regular exercise, training, and enrichment - especially since he loves toys, is very food motivated (a trainer’s dream!), and absolutely lives for the outdoors!🌳

Once he bonds with his person, Art is incredibly loyal and affectionate. With the right commitment, he has the potential to grow into an amazing companion!

Once you have signed the Adoption contract and paid any adoption fees, your new pet is ready to go home with you!

Additional adoption info

Our adoption process is an open process-no applications or home visits required. Adopters 18 years of age or older with proper identification and no warnings or citations from Animal Control within the past year are eligible to adopt. You must also not have surrendered an animal within the past year to be eligible to adopt.

We are located at 2103 Chub Lake Road in Roxboro, NC. We are next door to Stories Creek Elementary School. We also have adoptable cats at our partner location, PetSense of Roxboro at 739 N. Madison Blvd.
